Terms of Service | Customs Autopilot

By using Customs Autopilot ("the Service"), operated by MercurioSoft ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Customs Autopilot is an AI-assisted pre-review tool for customs documents. The Service does not replace the advice of a certified customs broker and does not constitute legal advice. Validation results are for guidance only and must be verified by a qualified professional before submitting documents to customs authorities.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. There are no refunds for partial periods, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period. Individual credit packs do not expire.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload to the Service. We retain rights to the platform, algorithms, interface, and brand. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties.

5. Data Protection

Your documents are stored with AES-256 encryption. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that validation results are 100% accurate or cover all applicable regulations. We are not liable for losses, fines, delays, or damages arising from use of the Service or decisions made based on its results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access if you violate these terms or use the Service for illegal activities. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your documents will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
